An artificial retina that is currently be developed by a professor at MIT, may be able to give sight to the blind.This awesome discovery gives hope to many people who are blind and or suffering with eye diseases that can lead to blindness. I believe that medical research and discoveries lead to great hope such as this discovery did. Although many people take their health for granted there is a world full of people who suffer from disabilities and sicknesses. With doctors and scientist working hard they make new discoveries while new opportunities rise for others. To think that if you were in their shoes you could do something amazing for another.
